Weingut Tschida, located in the renowned wine region of Illmitz in Burgenland, is internationally recognised for its high-quality dessert wines. With decades of experience in wine production, the family winery has made a name for itself in particular with its noble sweet specialities. The vineyards cover 40 hectares on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl, a region known for its unique microclimate and ideal conditions for growing noble sweet wines.

Tschida Angerhof Auslese is characterised by its balanced structure and precise vinification. Made from a harmonious cuvée of the Chardonnay, Sämling 88 and Welschriesling grape varieties, this wine guarantees a multi-faceted spectrum of flavours and the highest quality. The classification as Auslese emphasises that only the best, ripest grapes are used. Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, where fermentation and ageing take place in a process that optimally preserves the natural freshness, lively fruitiness and fine acidity. After ageing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a screw cap.

The wine is ideal for relaxed moments of enjoyment and summer occasions, where it can play to its strengths both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light dishes.
