Eichenwald Die Illusion Blanc de Noirs is a fascinating white wine made from 100% Blaufränkisch grapes. The name "Blanc de Noirs" means "white from black", as this wine is produced from dark grapes, but without extracting the colouring substances from the grape skins. This method gives the wine a special lightness and freshness that distinguishes it from typical white wines. The white wine is matured in steel tanks, which gives it a clear structure and freshness.
