Named after Ernest Hemingway's legendary yacht, this rum combines distillates from the Caribbean, Central America and the USA that have been matured for up to 24 years. The complex barrel maturation in bourbon, port wine and sherry barrels ensures an exquisite variety of flavours, which are reflected in sweet, spicy and fruity notes.
