This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which thrive in the mineral-rich soils of the Vulkanland region. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand to ensure that only the best grapes are used. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks, allowing the fruity and varietal flavours of the Sauvignon Blanc to come to the fore. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., the wine is light and refreshing without losing any of its depth. The bottles are fitted with a screw cap, which preserves the freshness and flavour of the wine. The wine has a drinking maturity of 2-3 years, which means that it can be enjoyed young, but can also be left to mature a little.
