The Baron Philippe de Rothschild winery, based in Pauillac, is one of the most renowned wine houses in France and is known worldwide for its first-class Bordeaux wines. The estate revolutionised viticulture by introducing bottling on the estate and achieving the upgrading of Château Mouton Rothschild to the highest Bordeaux classification in 1973. The portfolio also includes the internationally renowned Mouton Cadet brand as well as the Château Clerc Milon and Château d'Armailhac estates.
