The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is based exclusively on grapes from Grander vineyards, cultivated with sustainable viticulture and the utmost care. The 2006 vintage was climatically challenging: a scorching hot July, followed by a cool, damp August, before a summery September finally brought the turning point. The harvest began on 11 September and lasted almost three weeks - enough time for the grapes to develop aromatic density and structural depth. In Plénitude 2, this vintage reveals its second dimension - characterised by tension, minerality and a luxurious, almost majestic texture. The champagne has impressive ageing potential until around 2030, gaining further finesse and expression over time - an experience for collectors and lovers of great champagne.
