EVO Brandy D'wine is an elegant and expressive Italian brandy made from carefully selected Glera and Incrocio Manzoni wines. It is distilled using the classic double distillation process, which gives it its aromatic clarity and smooth structure. With an alcohol content of 42% vol. and matured in a selection of special woods, this brandy offers a complex and finely balanced flavour experience.

The Armagnac spends the first six months maturing in large oak barrels before being transferred to chestnut, cherry and walnut barrels for further ageing. This special barrel selection not only characterises the taste, but also the noble amber colour of this brandy. The combination of fruity base wine and multi-layered maturation results in a particularly harmonious and complex character - typical of EVO's Linie and an expression of artisanal refinement.
