The Conde Valdemar Crianza Rioja DOC 2020 is a red wine with a strong character from the traditional Rioja Alavesa wine-growing area, which is part of the renowned La Rioja region. The Conde Valdemar winery, one of Spain's leading family wineries, stands for a modern interpretation of classic Rioja style. With a particular focus on balance and ageing potential, this Crianza combines the art of winemaking, terroir and enjoyment at the highest level.

The cuvée is based on the typical grape varieties of the region: Tempranillo, Mazuelo, Graciano and Maturana - a versatile interplay that harmoniously combines fruit fullness, flavour and structure. The vines are rooted in clay soils that ensure good water retention and an even supply of nutrients. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures for 13 months in American oak, which gives it an elegant spiciness and finely integrated roasted flavours. With an alcohol content of 14% vol. and the typical Crianza ageing period, this wine offers a particularly balanced drinking experience - modern, powerful and true to its origins.
