The Paladin Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry DOC 2024 11 % vol. 0.75 l is an elegant, fine sparkling wine from the heart of Veneto that harmoniously combines Italian joie de vivre and craftsmanship. Produced by the traditional Paladin winery, which has stood for quality, authenticity and regional ties for generations, this vintage Prosecco ("Millesimato") clearly expresses the special characteristics of the 2024 harvest year.
The Glera grapes used come from controlled vineyards within the DOC area and are carefully harvested to preserve freshness, flavour and clarity. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, resulting in a particularly fine, persistent perlage and a fresh, fruity flavour. The Extra Dry style has a subtle, charming residual sweetness and makes this Prosecco a particularly balanced, accessible sparkling wine with a fine character and lively freshness.
With a moderate alcohol content of 11% vol., Paladin Prosecco Millesimato is perfect for everyday drinking, festive occasions or stylish aperitif moments.
