Description
Description
The Doppio Passo Rosato Primitivo Puglia IGT 2024 is an elegant, fruit-driven rosé wine from the sunny south of Italy. This expressive wine is produced by CVCB - Casa Vinicola Carlo Botter in the traditional wine-growing region of Apulia, which is known for its sun-kissed, powerful and aromatic wines. The basis is the popular Primitivo grape variety, whose grapes are harvested exclusively by hand when perfectly ripe.
After selective hand-picking, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are sorted, carefully crushed and then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The Rosato then matures on the fine lees for several months, allowing its structure, freshness and aromatic harmony to develop further. The result is a sweet, fruity rosé wine that delights with its lively character and velvety texture. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., this rosato is pleasantly light, balanced and ideal for the warmer months.
