The AIX Vin de Provence Rosé 2025 12.5% vol. 0.75 l is an elegant rosé wine from Provence that stands for Mediterranean freshness, precision and a modern rosé style. Produced by the renowned Maison Sainte Aix in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence AOP appellation, this Provence rosé is one of the most internationally recognised representatives of its origin. The vineyards are located on a high plateau in the north of Aix-en-Provence and benefit from chalky soils, warm days and cooling mistral winds, which create ideal conditions for fresh, aromatic rosé wines.
The AIX Rosé 2025 is vinified from a classic southern French cuvée of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Particularly gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserve the clear fruit and elegant structure of the grapes. With 12.5% alcohol by volume, this French rosé wine is lively, finely balanced and wonderfully accessible. Its stylistic balance of freshness, fruit and fine minerality makes it one of the most popular summer rosé wines from Provence.
