The Salzl Rosé Cuvée 2024 is an expressive, fruity yet finely structured rosé wine from Burgenland that impresses with its animating freshness and harmonious flavour. This elegant cuvée combines the Zweigelt, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties, which grow on different soils - Paratschernosem from loamy sand, sandy subsoil and black earth from loamy silt with a high gravel content - and thus contribute to the complex complexity of the wine.

Vinification is particularly gentle: after a short maceration period, the juice is drawn off the skins without pressing pressure and then fermented at 15 °C in stainless steel tanks. A subsequent 2-month maturation on the fine lees provides additional creaminess and balance. With 13.5% alcohol by volume, the Salzl Rosé 2024 not only offers lively fruit and delicate flavour, but also a drinking potential until at least 2027 with optimal storage.

This new-generation rosé wine is a delight as a versatile accompaniment to food as well as a stylish aperitif - wonderfully animating, elegantly structured and refreshingly modern.
