The Scheiblhofer Big John Cuvée Reserve 2023 is one of the most distinctive red wines in Burgenland and stands for richness, character and international class. This powerful Austrian quality cuvée combines the Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grape varieties to create a wine that impresses with its depth, fruitiness and elegant barrique character.

Matured for 12 months in new American barriques, this wine is multi-layered and complex. The modern style combines lush fruit with powerful tannins and a hint of roasted flavours. The alcohol content of 13.5% vol. emphasises the strength and expressiveness of this cuvée without inhibiting the drinking flow.

The combination of the Burgenland terroir, selected grapes and precise cellar work produces a red wine that not only delights in the here and now, but also has impressive ageing potential until 2035.
