Distilled in 2005 and bottled on 2 August 2024, this edition impressively represents the decades of cask and distilling expertise of Glenfarclas Distillery. As a single cask whisky and cask strength bottling, this whisky was bottled unadulterated at cask strength and thus retains its full intensity and individuality. The limited edition of just 618 bottles emphasises the exclusive character of this summer edition.


The whisky was fully matured in a classic sherry butt, which has given the whisky depth, structure and complexity over many years. The focus is always on the distillery character of Glenfarclas, which is complemented but not overlaid by the sherry influence. Bottled without chill-filtration and without colouring, this Speyside single malt shows itself in its natural form. The high alcohol content of 59.3% lends strength and tension, while the long maturation ensures balance and a clearly defined style.
