Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic Water captures the taste of a British summer in a bottle. In this value pack containing 24 bottles of 0.2 l each, it impresses with its exceptional quality and a finely balanced blend of natural ingredients. The fruity base is made up of raspberries from the Strathmore Valley in Scotland and rhubarb from a family farm in Norfolk, England. These ingredients are grown under optimal climatic conditions and carefully processed to preserve their full flavour. A subtle hint of natural quinine elegantly rounds off the tonic.
The delicately tart rhubarb flavour develops in nutrient-rich soil near the coast and unfolds its characteristic freshness thanks to the humid air of the North Sea. The hand-picked raspberries grow under ideal conditions in Scotland and are gently steam-distilled – just a few kilometres from where they are harvested. This ensures the aroma remains particularly fresh and clear. The resulting raspberry purée is put to sustainable use, for example in jams or juices.
