The basis for this alcohol-free wine is a full-bodied Pinot Gris, which is first vinified in the classic way and then gently de-alcoholised. This process largely preserves the varietal flavours and elegant texture of the grape variety. The aim is not to produce a mere substitute for grape juice, but a serious non-alcoholic wine that harmoniously combines freshness, structure and fruit.
