The Ripa Della Volta Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2022 is an elegant red wine from Veneto that is characterised by authenticity, freshness and classic style. The cuvée is based on the traditional Valpolicella grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, which ripen under optimal conditions in the gentle hills of the Valpolicella region. As a Superiore, this wine bears the hallmark of a longer ripening period and a higher extract content compared to the classic Valpolicella, which is clearly reflected in its structure and expression.

The grapes are carefully selected and the temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by a short maturation in wooden barrels, which gives the wine depth, elegance and fine flavour without losing its drinkability. With a moderate alcohol content of 12.5% vol., the 2022 vintage offers a particularly accessible and balanced interpretation of the Valpolicella style - fresh, fruity and with a clear origin.
