The blend consists of 45–55% Pinot Noir, around 10% of which is vinified as red wine, complemented by 35–45% Pinot Meunier, also partly aged as red wine. A 5–10% proportion of Chardonnay provides a fresh counterpoint, ensuring balance and vibrancy. After a maturation period of around 18 months in the house’s cellars, followed by an additional resting period after disgorgement, the cuvée develops its remarkable depth and harmony. With a dosage of 45 g/l, the Nectar Impérial Rosé falls into the Demi-Sec category and combines intense fruit aromas with a silky texture and exceptional smoothness. The result is a French rosé champagne that combines power, elegance and pleasure at the very highest level.
