Villa di Remole, located in the heart of Tuscany, is the centre of a family history of the Frescobaldis that goes back over 700 years and is steeped in tradition. This region, known for its deep roots in Italian wine culture, offers ideal climatic conditions for viticulture.

The Vermentino and Trebbiano grape varieties form the basis for the wines produced there. The excellent climate in spring, with optimal conditions in April and May, promotes rapid growth of the vines. A hot July initiates grape ripening, which is gently supported by rainfall in the following month. The cooling in August allows essential substances to concentrate in the grapes, resulting in excellent quality in terms of flavours and polyphenols.

The wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. Finally, the wines are sealed with a natural cork, which emphasises the traditional approach to winemaking and ensures the quality of the end product. These carefully selected winemaking methods reflect the Frescobaldi family's commitment to producing wines of outstanding quality and character.
