Del Professore Gin À La Madame is an elegant and complex gin from Italy that is produced with artisanal care in limited batches. It comes from Antica Distilleria Quaglia in Piedmont, a distillery with a long tradition, which is also behind the renowned products in the Del Professore range. This gin is nicknamed "À La Madame" because it has a particularly floral, finely balanced flavour profile - very much in the style of a soft, feminine gin.

Made from a grain alcohol of agricultural origin, the gin is macerated with a variety of carefully selected botanicals, including juniper, cinnamon, vanilla, mugwort, citrus fruits, camomile, lavender and other Mediterranean herbs. The result is a full-bodied yet harmonious gin with a subtle sweetness and emphasised floral depth. Production takes place in small batches - without industrial filtration - which gives the gin its unmistakable character and its golden, slightly cloudy colour.
