The grapes for LIDO Prosecco Brut are harvested in the cooler hours of the morning to optimise freshness and aroma. After gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method. The result is a lively, finely sparkling Prosecco with refreshing fruit, a clear style and youthful elegance - ideal for uncomplicated enjoyment with a touch of dolce vita.
