This rum was distilled in a traditional column still and then matured for four years in selected cognac casks. This cask ageing gives it its unique, fruity and opulent aroma and makes it a special rarity. It was bottled at cask strength at 58% vol., without chill filtration and without added colour - a true expression of Caribbean distillation that preserves the natural depth and complexity of ageing in cognac barrels.
