The Hillinger HILL Brut Rosé Reserve 2020 11.5 % vol. 0.75 l is an elegant premium sparkling wine from Burgenland, produced with the utmost precision using the elaborate traditional bottle fermentation method. This vintage consists of 100% Pinot Noir and comes from organic cultivation, which emphasises its purity and aromatic precision. After vinification of the base wine, liqueur de tirage is added before the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. It then matures on the lees for 3 years before being carefully disgorged - a process that gives it its fine perlage and particular finesse.
Its colour, a light, delicate pink with a peach-coloured core, already reflects the elegance and freshness that characterise this sparkling wine. The Hillinger HILL Brut Rosé Reserve impresses with its harmonious interplay of fruit, freshness and structure. It can be stored for up to 10 years, making it a delight both young and matured.
