The Hannes Reeh Cabernet Sauvignon Unplugged 2021 14.5% vol. 0.75 l is a dense, full-bodied and complex premium red wine from Burgenland that impressively demonstrates how expressive a single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from Andau can be. It is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 15-year-old vines that thrive on barren red gravel and ripen under ideal climatic conditions in the famous "Pflaster von Andau".


Hand-picking guarantees the highest quality, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with four weeks of maceration. The wine then matures for 16-18 months in barriques, which gives it additional depth, complexity and ageing potential. With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol. and a shelf life until 2034, it is both a pleasure to drink now and a candidate for Langs ageing in the cellar.
