The Polz Grauer Burgunder Südsteiermark DAC 2022 13% vol. 0.75 l is a white wine full of character that impressively expresses the signature of the traditional Polz winery and the uniqueness of the South Styrian terroir. Grown on soils consisting of shell limestone, clay, sand, limestone marl and slate, this wine combines minerality, elegance and an unmistakable depth. The wine is matured in small used wooden barrels, which gives it a fine structure and additional flavour without masking the typical freshness of the variety.


This Pinot Gris consciously sets itself apart from classic patterns and displays a modern, reduced style with depth and determination. Its fullness is supported by a precise arc of acidity that gives the wine vibrancy and balance.
