The Polz Morillon Südsteiermark DAC 2024 12.5% vol. 0.75 l is a brilliant representative of Styrian white wine culture and impressively demonstrates the high level that the Morillon grape variety (regional name for Chardonnay) can achieve in southern Styria. Grown on a variety of soils - shell limestone, clay, sand, limestone marl and slate - this wine has a pronounced minerality and terroir-emphasised finesse.
