The Frescobaldi Nipozzano Chianti Rúfina Riserva DOCG 2022 13.5% Vol. 0.75 l is a classic Tuscan red wine that impressively reflects the Langs tradition and elegance of the Marchesi de' Frescobaldi estate. The Frescobaldi winery is one of the oldest and most renowned producers in Italy and has been synonymous with wines of the highest quality for centuries.


The basis for this Riserva is primarily the Sangiovese grape variety, which is supplemented by small proportions of classic complementary grape varieties such as Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes come from the vineyards around the Castello di Nipozzano in the Chianti-Rúfina zone - one of the oldest and most prestigious growing areas in Chianti. After the harvest, the wine is vinified traditionally and then aged in oak barrels for 24 months, giving it structure, depth and fine flavour. The 2022 vintage is characterised by elegance, complexity and a perfect balance of fruit, tannin and acidity.
