The K+K Kirnbauer Cesario Brut 12% vol. 0.75 litre is an exceptional sparkling wine from Burgenland that is produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method. It joins the ranks of high-quality sparkling wines that are characterised by elegance, finesse and complex aromas. The cuvée combines Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc - vinified according to the Blanc de Blancs et Blanc de Noirs method. While Sauvignon Blanc provides freshness, lively fruit and structure, Cabernet Franc adds flavour, finesse and elegant depth.


The grapes thrive on stony, chalky and sandy clay soils, which gives the wine its distinctive minerality. After a chilled first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the Cesario matures on the lees for 18 months. Sealed with natural cork and storable until at least 2030, it offers a stylish, long-lasting sparkling wine experience.
