Zwack Unicum Barista 34.5% vol. 0.7 l is a modern take on Unicum, Hungary’s national drink, combining the classic herbal liqueur with a delicate coffee aroma. It is produced at the historic Zwack Distillery in Budapest, which has been renowned for its secret herbal recipes since 1790 and is now run by the sixth generation of the Zwack family.


For the Unicum Barista, the base of over 40 herbs, roots and spices – as in the classic Unicum – is retained. These are first macerated in alcohol, then aged in oak barrels, allowing them to develop their characteristic bitterness and spiciness.
