The Krispel Weißburgunder Straden Vulkanland Steiermark DAC 2023 13% Vol. 0.75 l is a characterful single-vineyard wine from the Styrian Vulkanland region that impressively embodies the elegance and finesse of the grape variety. Weingut Krispel, known for its precise, terroir-influenced wines, relies on the highest quality, craftsmanship and an ageing process that guarantees depth and complexity for this Pinot Blanc.
The grapes come from the vineyards around Straden, where volcanic soils combined with the cool microclimate create ideal conditions. The wine is matured for 12 months in large French oak barrels, which gives the wine additional structure, fullness and fine roasted flavours. With an alcohol content of 13% vol. and ageing potential until 2035, it combines drinking pleasure and ageing potential at the highest level.
