Poli Bassano del Grappa 24 Carati Oro is a fine, handcrafted grappa from the traditional Poli distillery in Schiavon near Bassano del Grappa. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., this grappa epitomises the highest Italian art of distillation, passion and decades of experience in the refinement of fine grape marc spirits.


The raw material is a pomace cuvée from typical Veneto grape varieties, which forms the basis for its harmonious, complex character. The artisanal distillation takes place in small copper stills using the steam flow method, a traditional method that enables a particularly gentle separation of the flavours and thus preserves the freshness and elegance of the grapes. The grappa is then patiently matured in the company's underground cellars, giving it its golden colour and smooth, finely structured texture.
