Poli Miele Liquore a Base di Grappa is a fine, traditionally produced grappa-based honey liqueur that epitomises the typical elegance and craftsmanship of the Poli distillery from Schiavon in Veneto. With an alcohol content of 35% vol. and a balance between sweetness, flavour and freshness, this liqueur combines the aromatic depth of grappa with the natural mildness of acacia honey.


The finest acacia honey is used as the raw material, which is macerated in hand-distilled grappa. The production method is based on a natural infusion of honey and a balanced composition of essential oils - including juniper, pine, mint and lemon verbena. These provide a refreshing, balsamic note and give the liqueur its unmistakable, harmonious interplay of flavours.
