The Faustino VII Rosado Rioja DOC 2024 is a fruity, elegant rosé wine from Spain that impressively combines the Mediterranean climate and the typical freshness of the Rioja region. Produced by the traditional Bodegas Faustino, one of the best-known wineries in Rioja, this wine embodies the perfect interplay of modern vinification and centuries of experience. It is made from the Tempranillo grape variety, which finds ideal growing conditions in the northern Rioja region. The soils here consist of clay and limestone, which gives the wine its fine minerality and structure.
The grapes are harvested early to preserve their natural freshness and fruit. After a short maceration on the skins, which gives the wine its bright colour, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
