Four Roses Bourbon is one of the best-known and most popular bourbon whiskeys in the world and has stood for quality and tradition from Kentucky for over a century. This straight bourbon is characterised by its mild taste, which is characterised by sweet caramel notes and subtle spicy aromas. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, it offers a balanced strength that makes it versatile both neat and in cocktails.
Its recipe is based on a high proportion of corn, which provides the mild flavour, while rye contributes the spicy accents. After distillation, Four Roses Bourbon is matured in new, burnt American white oak barrels in accordance with the strict specifications for straight bourbon. It is aged there for between 5 and 12 years, allowing it to develop its complex flavours and smooth balance. The set includes a 0.7-litre bottle of Four Roses Bourbon and an engraved, high-quality whisky glass that perfectly rounds off the moment of enjoyment.
