Composed of the noble grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this champagne reflects the quintessence of the house: pure, precise flavours and the finest structure.
The 2016 vintage was characterised by a cool spring and warm summer in Champagne, which gave the grapes optimum ripeness and balance. After careful hand-picking and traditional bottle fermentation, the Belle Epoque matures on the lees for several years, developing its remarkable complexity, creaminess and finesse.
