Between You & I is matured for a full 16 years in a carefully selected combination of unseasoned Swedish oak casks - a first for the distillery - sherry-aged European and American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks. This complex combination of casks gives it exceptional depth, structure and aromatic diversity. The result is a single malt that combines elegance, warmth and sophistication in perfect balance.


With an alcohol content of 48% vol., non-chill-filtered and without colouring, Highland Park Between You & I embodies the pure expressiveness of the Orkney distillery.
