The Tommasi Le Fornaci Lugana DOC 2024 12.5% vol. is an elegant, mineral-fresh white wine from the southern shore of Lake Garda that reflects the unmistakable terroir of the Lugana region in its purest form. Made from 100% Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana), this wine shows the typical finesse, clarity and depth that have characterised the wines of the traditional Tommasi Viticoltori winery for generations.


The grapes come from the estate's own gently sloping vineyards around the Le Fornaci winery in Sirmione, where they thrive on calcareous clay and marl soils. The mild climate influenced by Lake Garda with its constant breeze ensures that the grapes ripen slowly and evenly, preserving freshness and flavour. After gentle hand-picking, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and then matured briefly on the fine lees to give the wine additional depth and structure.
