As the name suggests, this whisky has matured in a combination of American oak sherry casks, European oak sherry casks and bourbon casks. This combination gives it its multi-layered flavour: sweet vanilla notes from American oak, spicy depth from European oak and an elegant fruitiness from the former bourbon maturation.
