The non-alcoholic Vermutivo is a joint project between the Schauer winery, the producers of STIN Gin Styrian Dry Gin and the Graz bartenders and lifestyle restaurateurs Alex Knoll and Simon Possegger. This collaboration combines wine expertise, distillation knowledge and modern bar culture to create an extraordinary aperitif that deliberately sets itself apart from conventional non-alcoholic drinks.
