It is made from 100% Pinot Gris and undergoes an 8-hour maceration period before being fermented chilled in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 5 months on the fine lees, developing its creamy texture and depth.
The 2025 vintage is particularly elegant and harmonious. The interplay of maturation, fine acid structure and varietal flavours creates a wine with a clear presence and multi-layered expression. In the glass, it shines in a rich golden yellow, reflecting its ripe, aromatic style. The Pinot Gris impresses with its balance, clarity and full-bodied flavour profile, which is further refined by the fine yeast ageing.
