For this vintage, fully ripe, aromatic mirabelle plums are carefully selected and slowly and gently distilled twice using traditional methods. The fruit comes exclusively from controlled growing areas and is only processed when it has reached its optimum degree of ripeness. The brandy then matures for several years in open glass balloons, which gives it its particularly fine and clear structure.
