The Strablegg-Leitner Sauvignon Blanc Ried Kaiseregg Südsteiermark DAC 2024 comes from the renowned Ried Kaiseregg, whose characterful slopes offer ideal conditions for high-quality single-vineyard wines. The geological conditions and the Styrian microclimate create an environment in which the grape variety can develop its full potential. The Sauvignon Blanc from the single-vineyard group is processed by the Strablegg-Leitner winery using precise hand-picking and modern cellar technology, which clearly emphasises its identity of origin. A special component of the ageing process is the combination of wooden barrels (2/3) and steel tanks (1/3), which gives the wine both structure and elegance and finely balances its typical varietal flavours. The dry flavour emphasises the straightforward, classic style of the house and the regional DAC typicity. This vintage was bottled at the end of August 2025.
