Taittinger Champagne NOCTURNE ROSÉ Sec is a sensual, expressive Champagne from the Champagne region that was specifically designed to be enjoyed in the late evening hours. This cuvée is the result of the great success of the Nocturne Linie and combines elegance, fruity richness and a deliberately softer style. The blend is based on 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, supplemented by 12 to 15% still red wine from the Champagne region, mainly from first-class Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys. This component gives the champagne its intense colour as well as additional depth and structure. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, this bottling is balanced, harmonious and extremely charming.


The 17.5 g/l dosage clearly positions the NOCTURNE ROSÉ in the sec style and ensures a gentle sweetness that is perfectly integrated thanks to the long, slow maturation in Taittinger's cellars. The freshness of the Chardonnay counterbalances the fullness of the fruit and gives the champagne its balance.
