The Beylerbeyi Mavi 45% vol. 0.35 litre is a high-quality raki from Turkey, produced using traditional methods from carefully selected Aegean grapes and aromatic aniseed. This Turkish aniseed spirit full of character is made from a fine grape spirit and represents the classic production of an authentic Yeni Rakı style, where the quality of the raw materials and artisanal distillation take centre stage. The grapes used come from selected growing regions in the Aegean, where they offer optimal conditions for the production of high-quality grape distillates.


For the Beylerbeyi Mavi Raki, the grape spirit is prepared with selected aniseed and then distilled three times, resulting in a particularly clear and aromatically balanced premium raki. This careful production process ensures a mild character and a full-bodied flavour. The raki is produced without added sugar, allowing the natural flavour of the grapes and aniseed to come through particularly well. With an alcohol content of 45%, this Turkish raki is both powerful and harmonious.


Traditionally, raki is served well chilled and usually diluted with cold, still water in a 1:1 ratio. The addition of water creates the typical milky cloudiness that is a characteristic feature of high-quality aniseed spirits. Depending on personal preference, Beylerbeyi Mavi Raki can also be served with ice or enjoyed neat, which allows its aromatic depth to unfold particularly well.
