The Frescobaldi RÈMOLE Rosso Toscana IGT 2024 is a Tuscan red wine full of character that interprets the long winemaking tradition of the Frescobaldi family in a modern and accessible way. Its roots lie in Villa di Remole, in the heart of Tuscany, which is considered the cradle of the Frescobaldi family's 700-year history. This origin characterises the style of the wine, as does the careful selection of Sangiovese grape varieties with a complementary proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon, which provide fruit, structure and balance.
The Remole Rosso Toscana IGT is deliberately matured in steel tanks for around four months, followed by a further two months of ageing in the bottle. This ageing process preserves the fresh fruit, emphasises the supple character and ensures an uncomplicated yet sophisticated Italian red wine. The 2024 vintage presents itself as an intense, fruity and harmonious Toscana Rosso that is perfect for everyday enjoyment as well as a versatile accompaniment to food.
