The Baron-Fuenté GRAND MILLÉSIME Brut 2015 is an expressive vintage champagne that reflects the quality of one of Champagne's great years. Only selected years are declared Millésime at Baron-Fuenté - 2015 is clearly one of them. A cool, humid summer, followed by a warm Indian summer from mid-August, created ideal conditions for healthy grapes with ripeness, freshness and aromatic depth.


The grapes come from the best plots along the Vallée de la Marne to Charly-sur-Marne, one of the most important Champagne wine regions. The cuvée of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir combines elegance, freshness and structure. Immediate cold pressing and vinification in stainless steel tanks preserve the clear fruit and precision. The subsequent long maturation on the lees gives this Champagne Brut Millésime depth, harmony and a fine, long-lasting perlage. At 12.5% vol., this French champagne is balanced, powerful and elegant at the same time. The recommended serving temperature of 8°C to 10°C supports the optimal development of this Grand Millésime Champagne.
