The stainless steel measuring pourer with a hinged lid is a functional bar accessory for the clean, controlled and hygienic pouring of spirits, liqueurs or wine. Pourers are generally divided into measured and non-measured variants, allowing them to be flexibly adapted to different requirements in bars and the hospitality industry. Measuring pourers are also frequently used as a stopper for bottles that have already been opened, to reliably prevent spillage when pouring.

This design is specifically conceived for use in fancy bartending. The smoothly finished spout ensures an even flow of liquid and enables precise pouring. The integrated flip-top lid protects the pourer from dust and contamination and improves hygiene during bar operations. The multi-layered, soft rubber ring fits the bottle neck perfectly, ensuring a secure fit and an excellent seal. An integrated air channel ensures a constant flow rate.

The metered version features an integrated steel ball that runs within a specially designed guide. This enables precise dosing of 20 ml, 30 ml or 50 ml, whilst ensuring the pouring remains even and controlled. Non-quantitative pourers allow for free, variable pouring and are preferred for creative bar techniques.

Note: When pouring, the air vent must not be blocked, as this will interrupt the flow of liquid.
