The mash bill of this Regenerative Grain Bourbon consists of 73 % corn, 10 % rye, 8 % wheat and 9 % malted barley. This wheated bourbon blend combines a bourbon matured for three years with a wheated bourbon matured for six years. Customised toast and char methods in American white oak barrels create a complex and rich flavour profile. Bottled at 46%, this Straight Bourbon 46% is medium-bodied, balanced and velvety-textured.
