Kujira Okinawa 5 Years Old is matured for more than five years in virgin white oak casks, which have never been used before and impart intense notes of vanilla, caramel and oak to the whisky. Okinawa’s subtropical climate, with its warm temperatures and high humidity, accelerates the maturation process and ensures exceptional flavour development. This results in delicate fruity and botanical nuances, as well as a particularly rich texture. At 43% ABV, this Japanese whisky is harmonious and well-balanced. Furthermore, it is non-chill-filtered and bottled without the addition of colouring, ensuring that its natural character is fully preserved.
