This special bottling marks the return of the legendary Dunville's Irish Whiskey, once known as the "Spirit of Belfast". The whiskey was initially matured for over ten years and then given a refining finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which give it an intense fruity sweetness and complex depth. Bottled at 46% vol. and naturally not chill-filtered, this PX Cask Finish Irish Whiskey retains its full flavour profile and authentic character.
